Day three proved to be quite the mountain. Dad did not make it to Kamloops. He stopped in Quilchena around 4 pm yesterday due to the thunderstorm and lightening and the fact that he was about 2 hrs from Kamloops with nothing in between he did not want to get stuck in the middle of nowhere.
His plan is to go to Salmon Arm today. The weather shows thundershowers and lightening still, but the temperatures are not too bad. He still has a couple of good climbs today, but not as much as the last two days.
